This CARY AUDIO DESIGN SLP 03 balanced stereo tube preamp is in LIKE NEW condition. It looks LIKE NEW and it operates LIKE NEW. It’s owner traded it in for a more expensive preamp while the SLP 03 was still breaking in! This SLP 03 will include its original shipping carton with packing materials, remote control, AC power cord and owners manual.
The SLP 03 offers 18 dB of overall gain and has a pure balanced design circuit. It has many attractive features including full remote control selection of the input, channel balance and the volume setting. This is their first fully remote control preamplifier and having it vacuum tube based makes it unique. Their other preamplifier designs are remote control for volume and muting only. All the audio signals in the SLP 03 are amplified through dual triode 12AU7 vacuum tubes in a Class A biased ‘zero feedback’ circuit.
